Patio is a design project born in the middle of a corrala.

The corrala is a building with an inner patio, an intimate structure where neighbours live almost too close for comfort, but a place that feels instantly like home.

A place where neighbours from all walks of life cross paths daily, discreetly greet each other or stop to share the latest news about the barrio, and always keep an eye out for you even if they don’t yet know your name.

The patio is a reflection of Madrid at large. A city where we live outside, on the streets and terrazas, bumping shoulders with strangers always in a good mood because you are there, alongside them, living.

And that is the luxury of Madrid.

Our thread designs are playful and emblematic of patio culture - warm, close, vernacular - and made for anyone who loves this city as their own.

The city where you can just pull up a chair and join the party, no matter who you are, at any time of day or night, and be sure that we will welcome you.
